Thomas is a fourth generation construction professional turned sustainability consultant and has served at Alberici Corporation for over 20 years. He brings experience and passion to the leadership of Alberici’s sustainable consulting service, Vertegy, and represented both owner and construction manager on Alberici’s LEED Platinum Headquarters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southern Illinois University with a minor in Construction Management. Over the years, Thomas has served on various committees and as chairs of both the local St. Louis and National Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). He’s a member of the St. Louis Regional Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council, chairman of the sustainable construction task force of the National Associated General Contractors, and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Robin is Manager of Operations for Vertegy and provides overall operational support for the company. Robin has been employed by Vertegy’s parent company, Alberici, since August of 1999, serving as the Office Manager and overseeing corporate facilities. She was recruited to be part of the team working on the Alberici Corporate Headquarters building, which is now heralded as one of the greenest buildings in the world and served as a springboard for the creation of Vertegy. Robin has worked directly with Thomas Taylor in the formation and evolution of Vertegy, maintaining its status as a center of excellence within the Alberici Corporation. Robin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude. She is a member of the St. Louis Regional Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Christy serves as Vertegy's Environmental Specialist, bringing a keen sense of environmental responsibility to Alberici's sustainable consulting service. A graduate of Oklahoma City University with a background in biology and currently pursuing a graduate degree in environmental education, Cunningham-Saylor joined Vertegy in December 2005. As Environmental Specialist, she works closely with clients who are seeking the benefits of sustainable design and construction, which include significantly reducing life cycle costs, conserving natural resources and enhancing the quality of work life for the building's occupants. Christy is a member of the St. Louis Regional Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Tara joined Vertegy in July 2007 and serves as Project Specialist. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a focus in Architecture. Tara helps clients and project teams bring their visions of sustainability to life, allowing them to realize the full spectrum of benefits of sustainable design and construction. With a keen interest in environmental issues, Tara provides Vertegy’s clients and teams with fresh inspiration and innovative solutions. Tara is a member of the St. Louis Regional Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and a LEED Accredited Professional.
Grant Lanham, LEED AP

Grant joined Vertegy in February 2008 as Operations Specialist. Prior to joining Vertegy, Grant served as Facility Manager for Vertegy's parent company, Alberici Corporation, since 2004. He has nearly fifteen years of experience in operations and facility management, including serving as logistics manager at Ryder Integrated Logistics, where he was in charge of the company’s standard operating procedures, facilities management and safety administration. In his position as Operations Specialist with Vertegy, Grant provides support to clients and project teams to ensure compliance with sustainable design and construction practices, utilizing his facilities management background to provide a unique perspective to green building owners and operators. Grant is currently serving as Vice President of the St. Louis chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and is a member of the St. Louis Regional Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. Grant, a LEED Accredited Professional, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in architecture from Drury University.

Greg joined Vertegy in January of 2009 after spending 25 years as a project manager with Vertegy’s parent company, Alberici. While at Alberici, he served as a project manager on many multi-million dollar projects, including the $81 million construction of the C-5 Hangar Facility for the 164th Airlift Wing in Memphis, TN. Mueller has also played instrumental roles in numerous construction and expansion projects in the St. Louis area, including work with Station Casinos, Inc., The Boeing Company, Centocor Biologics, St. Mary’s Health Center, DaimlerChrysler Corporation and the Ford Motor Company. In his new position as project specialist, Mueller will use his construction background to assist him in providing hands-on support for the clients and project teams who are seeking the benefits of sustainable design and construction. Greg is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Emily joined Vertegy after spending more than two years as a project engineer with Vertegy’s parent company, Alberici. She has played key roles in several multi-million dollar construction and expansion projects in and around St. Louis, including work with Saint Louis University, DaimlerChrysler Corporation in Fenton and the Holcim Ste. Genevieve Cement Plant in Bloomsdale. In her position as project specialist, Emily will use her construction background and keen interest in all things "green" to provide support to project teams to ensure compliance with sustainable design and construction practices. Emily earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Lisa Orlovick

Lisa joined Vertegy in October of 2008 and serves as Administrative Specialist. Lisa has more than ten years experience in administration and marketing, most recently as a project manager with the Promotional Marketing division of Corporate Express. Her prior background experience also includes serving as premium and print buyer and assistant account executive with Momentum. In her position as Administrative Specialist, Lisa provides support to Vertegy’s project management team, as well as clients, helping to streamline processes and maximize the efficiencies of the team. She also assists in marketing and operational efforts. Lisa is currently preparing to sit for her LEED Accredited Professional examination and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Marketing from Webster University.
