The first high-rise residential development in downtown St. Louis in over 40 years, the Roberts Tower will feature 52 new luxury condos with full glass exteriors, 5,200 sq.ft. of new meeting rooms and hospitality space, a new four-star restaurant and bistro fronting a new park, and a full service spa and fitness center. Residents will be offered hotel-type amenities, including room service, catering, maid/butler services and valet parking.
