William A. Kerr Foundation Offices

Vertegy's second Platinum project, this once derelict warehouse in north St. Louis City was renovated for public use and private offices for the not-for-profit William A. Kerr Foundation, which focuses on providing funding and assistance to groups and projects that are designed to improve education, enrich the environment and promote health and accessibility.  The building spotlights integrated sustainable strategies using photovoltaic panels, wind-generated power, solar hot water heating and building finishes made of recycled and rapidly renewable materials.
