Dave Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis

This facility is the first Lexus new-car dealership built from the ground up to be LEED certified and the first certified car dealership in the St. Louis area. The project features a showroom and sales floor, maintenance shop, administrative offices, conference rooms, customer waiting areas and a children's play area. Water reduction efforts are found throughout the facility and include the use of low-flow bathroom fixtures, native landscape strategies and a state-of-the-art car washing system.
