The Roberts Companies Office Renovation

The Roberts Companies enlisted Vertegy to lead the design and construction teams in the LEED certification of their new office space in the circa 1950's Victor Roberts Building. A variety of sustainable materials and construction techniques were employed in the renovation, including bamboo flooring, recycled gypsum, and the implementation of a low-emitting strategy, which contributes to improved indoor air quality and enables the property to operate at peak efficiency levels.
